Shipping Policies

Please be aware that the USPS Post Office is experiencing delays. We have no control over these delays. We have been shipping most packages via UPS except when cost is much more than USPS. 


For Non-Heavy Shoes: Orders under $75 ship for $5. 

  • Free Shipping Available on orders to the Domestic US over $75 (Free standard shipping)!

For Heavy Shoes/Boots: Shoes/Boots ship in the Domestic US for $8.95 for the first pair and $3 per pair after. 

When a free shipping promotion is in place, or a free shipping coupon is used, items will be shipped using standard USPS shipping. 

At this time we do not ship have Free Shipping internationally.  

We strive to process and ship all orders within two business days of purchase for standard shipping. During high volume times such as sales or Holidays, please allow up to five business days. 


The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipment on packages returned to David’s due to an incorrect address reship at the customer's cost. If you choose to not have your package reshipped we will refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund. 


We ship packages USPS or UPS. 


We are not able to cancel orders once processing begins, so we recommend emailing within 30 minutes of placing your order if you find the information is not correct. 


Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the event you choose to return item/items from your order. 




Packages that are marked as delivered by the delivering service, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. Please check with your neighbors, next to your porch, or your back door -- we find they often are just out of place. If not, your local post office can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down on our end. 


Packages that are lost by USPS/UPS will be issued a store credit minus shipping costs after 20 days of non-movement for domestic packages. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.


If you have concerns once your package has been received by USPS, you may wish to open an investigation either through your local post office, or by calling the main USPS support number at 1 (800) 275-8777 (select carrier to speak to a representative.) We have found that recipient-initiated investigations are a smoother process , so unfortunately we are not able to open the investigation on your behalf.
