Instructions on How to Return/Exchange Your Item(s) for US Orders:

1. Submit Your Return

2. Get Approval Email.

3. Receive Pre-Paid Shipping Label. This is sent within 2 business days. 

4.Print your prepaid return shipping label and attach it to your original David’s packaging or you own packaging. Make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels and seal your package/box completely. 

 Mail your package. (Most labels will ship USPS, so if the package is small enough it can fit in your mail box. If it is too big, please drop it off at a local Post Office.)

5. We receive it and Inspect it.

6. We process your return/exchange. For refunds, a $5 dollar shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund amount. 

How will I know when my return is completed?

Once we process your return, we'll refund your payment and email you a confirmation. As a reminder, it may take 5-10 business days for us to get your package and complete the refund.

*Please Note: to use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.

For Canada Returns:

1. Submit Your Return

2. Get Approval Email.

3. Mail your package. At this time we do not print return labels for returns from Canada. Please go to the nearest Post Office and mail it to us (Instructions in approval Email). For Canada Orders, Return Shipping is the customers responsibility. 

5. We receive it and Inspect it.

6. We process your return/exchange.
